1. Remove the inner wall of the melting tube; replace the material in the barrel with a hard plastic to wipe the wall of the barrel; avoid the high temperature of the rubber for a long time;
2. The plastic should be closed and capped on the hopper; the die exhaust passage should be changed; modify the mold design or product design or gate position; increase or decrease the melt cylinder and mold temperature to change the rubber compound. Flow pattern in the mold; reduce the setting of the pressure or speed of the shot;
3. The following methods are handled separately:
a. Clean the barrel and screw, use raw materials without impurities and clean;
b. reduce or evenly heat the melt cylinder to make the temperature uniform;
c. adding plastic with external lubricant; adding lubricant to the recycled material; increasing the temperature at the rear end of the melting tube;
d. Correct the gap between the screw and the melt cylinder so that the air can be smoothly discharged from the melt cylinder; avoid using fine powder plastic to avoid frictional heat generation between the screw and the wall of the melt cylinder, and the fine plastic should be used after granulation;
e. reduce the temperature of the nozzle or control the temperature variation range;
f. Minimize the molding cycle time; reduce the screw speed, increase the back pressure or injection molding on a small-capacity injection molding machine; try to keep the plastic from staying in the melt cylinder;
4. Treat as follows:
a. Lower the temperature setting of the melt cylinder; reduce the screw rotation speed; reduce the screw back pressure setting value;
b. Clean the inner wall of the melt cylinder and the inner diameter of the nozzle, and wipe it clean;
c. Change the process parameters to shorten the injection molding cycle;
d. Replace the screw.
5. Reduce the set value of the injection pressure and the injection speed;
6. Lower the temperature of the melt cylinder and lower the setting of the nozzle temperature;
7. Increase back pressure and reduce screw speed;
8. Check the vent hole of the mold and change the gate position.
